About the Role:

As a full-time, Speech Pathologist Team Leader, you will support a team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality care for clients in occupational health settings. You’ll have the opportunity to influence service delivery, collaborate with businesses to enhance workplace communication, and drive continuous improvement within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Speech Pathologists, fostering professional growth and excellence (for experienced leaders).
• Guide and mentor graduate Speech Pathologists as part of our structured graduate program.
• Deliver mobile speech pathology services, focusing on workplace voice health, communication challenges, and rehabilitation.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based intervention plans to support employees in various industries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists, to provide holistic care.
• Contribute to innovation in service delivery, implementing new strategies to enhance client outcomes and team performance.

About You:

• SPA-registered Speech Pathologist with 3+ years of experience in speech pathology, preferably within occupational health, rehabilitation, or workplace communication.
• Leadership experience is desirable, but we also welcome applicants looking to take their first step into a leadership role with the right support.
• Passion for mentoring and developing early-career professionals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage clients, businesses, and stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with a passion for making a real impact.
