We are seeking 2x Junior Maintenance Engineers (1 x Afternoon Shift & 1 x Night Shift) - Sunday to Thursday, with exposure to the challenges of the FMCG manufacturing environment. The role will be reporting to our Mechanical Engineer and Head of Engineering.

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks but are not limited to:

• Provide technical support to all relevant departments and technical teams to assist with any machine-related issues in the organisation.
• Assist in the relocation of existing machinery and equipment as per new layout plans, and expansion of the existing main production unit.
• Oversee installation of new equipment at our new factory.
• Prepare, plan, and implement maintenance requirements for each equipment including but not limited to cooking units, packing units (Traves, sleeve, and vacuum packaging), chillers, date coders, weigh and X-ray inspection units, spirals, conveyors, labelling and branding units etc.
• Assist in the location of faults, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment on the production floor.
• Report to facility, production, and operation managers to ensure that the management’s production objectives are met.

Skills & Experience

• At least three (3) years of relevant job experience
• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree
• Electrician License (Preferred)
• General Electrical Knowledge (Essential)
• Ability to identify errors and have key attention to detail in assessing the information.
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
