About the Role

We are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to provide high-intensity care for a client requiring 24/7 support. This role involves working in a team environment to deliver quality care tailored to the client’s medical and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 6–8 hours of 2:1 care daily
• Work within a rotating roster of three 8-hour shifts covering 24-hour care
• Administer and manage non-invasive ventilation support
• Operate and monitor cough assist and suction machines
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
• Document and report health status changes promptly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal client care

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• At least 1 year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a community and clinical setting
• Experience in high-intensity care or similar complex care environments
• Competence in operating non-invasive ventilation, cough assist, and suction machines (training can be provided)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and First Aid/CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
