About the role

Sisters Nursing Services is seeking an Enrolled Nurse and Disability Support Workers to join our team in Bridgewater, SA. This is a casual role, providing you with the flexibility to work when it suits you best. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our clients in the community.

The client is in Bridgewater and requires insulin administration daily in the mornings.

What you'll be doing

• Providing direct nursing care to our clients, including administering medication, administering insulin monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Collaborating with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans
• Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining detailed records of residents' progress and care
• Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents
• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and Sisters Nursing Services' policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
• A caring, compassionate and professional attitude
