Gerard's on James Street has recently undergone a complete makeover and we are seeking experienced, passionate, energetic and motivated front of house wait staff, supervisors and bartenders to join our team with positions available for an immediate start and plenty of hours available for the right people.

Successful applicants would ideally have experience in quality, high volume venues and possess the following skills and attributes:

* Mature, reliable & dedicated work ethic

* Ability to work under pressure in a busy bar or restaurant environment

* Desire to exceed customer expectations

* A history of working in quality establishments

* Professional attitude and appearance with a 'can do' approach to work

* Be a strong team player but also able to work independently

* Availability to work on weekends (Friday and Saturday with Sunday off)

* A strong knowledge of food, wine and beverages is desirable and a willingness to learn about Middle Eastern cuisine and Mediterranean wines.
