About the role:

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries on the phone, along with email inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet and exceed customer service performance targets and standards
• Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better serve customers
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective call handling
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals

About you:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Phone based experience preferred but not essential
• Confident and well-mannered
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Technically minded to be able to provide in depth assistance
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Strong team player
