About the Centre Director Role

As our dynamic Centre Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in inspiring and leading our team to strive for high standards of care, education and compliancy. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, organised Centre Director with fabulous customer service skills to join our team and lead our 44 place centre. The centre director will perform the role of the Nominated Supervisor.

What You’ll Do:

• Be responsible for the daily operation of the centre, including staffing, enrolments, and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Create a positive and welcoming experience for families
• Cultivate a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning atmosphere for children
• Create a high-quality and performing centre

What you’ll bring:

• ACECQA approved Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor of Education/Teaching Early Childhood will be highly regarded)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Centre Director
• Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and NQS
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to be consistent
