Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Inspire and guide a committed team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Community Growth: Foster a welcoming environment for children, families, and staff, building a thriving and supportive community.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining seamless service delivery.
• Child-Centred Programs: Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning programs that support children’s development.
• Family and Community Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with families and the broader community, promoting open communication and collaboration.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and empower staff to create a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and care in alignment with our values and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Centre Director or similar leadership role in early education
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant regulations
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience with early childhood management systems such as Xplor, Ezidebit, or Storypark (preferred but not essential)
• Managing daily operations, budgeting, finance, and personnel all while ensuring profitability and growth
