Rostering & On-Call Coordinator
Full-Time | 12-Month Fixed Term | NDIS Provider
EQ Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a values-driven NDIS provider that specialises in Supported Independent Living, respite care, and community access services.
If you love problem-solving, working with people, and making a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you! Rostering & On-Call Coordinators are the ultimate puzzle solvers—matching the right support workers to the right shifts and ensuring participants receive the care they need. You’ll work closely with care coordinators and support staff, keeping everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need rostering experience (we’ll train you!), but you do need:
✔ A love for problem-solving and quick thinking
✔ Great communication skills—you’ll be chatting with people all day
✔ A friendly, positive, and resilient attitude
✔ Strong attention to detail and time management
✔ The ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping calm under pressure
What You’ll Need:
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and a willingness to learn a rostering system
- A Working with Vulnerable People registration (NDIS endorsed)
- A current Driver’s License
- A Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Availability to join the on-call roster
- An understanding of the SCHADS Award is a bonus (but don’t worry—they can teach you!)
