About the position
The Records Management Administrator Leads the training, implementation and administration of our SharePoint Quality Records Management System (QRMS), ensuring successful user adoption and, effective governance and ongoing system optimisation.
About the role
The role is responsible for:
- Providing QRMS training to users.
- Creating training materials.
- Supporting QRMS inquiries.
- Analysing system metrics.
- Managing digital/paper records.
- Managing record lifecycles.
- Developing governance documents.
- Ensuring QRMS compliance.
- Participating in document projects.
- Communicating QRMS updates.
- Promoting system adoption.
The role is based at our head office in Hobart, this role may require some intrastate travel.
