EXPERIENCED POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN Full-time, Part-time, or Casual role based in North Strathfield

The Role As our new Pool Service Technician, you'll be the face of our company to clients while providing expert pool maintenance and equipment services. You'll have autonomy in the field with the full support of our experienced team. We're flexible with work arrangements and welcome applications for full-time, part-time, or casual positions. For the right candidate, we can offer opportunities to work across different areas of our business including field service, workshop repairs, and retail.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Conduct comprehensive pool servicing including water testing, chemical balancing, equipment maintenance, and thorough pool cleaning
  • Install pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters, and automation systems
  • Troubleshoot and fix common equipment issues on-site
  • Perform various service types including green pool recovery, acid washing, dosing system services, and new owner orientations
  • Work with all types of pool cleaners, with particular emphasis on robotic cleaners
  • Identify upgrade opportunities and make expert recommendations to customers
  • Maintain detailed service records and job reports
  • Build strong relationships with our valued clients

What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on pool servicing experience (Technician role)
  • Strong technical knowledge of pool equipment installation and setup
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common equipment issues in the field
  • Sales aptitude and ability to explain technical concepts in customer-friendly terms
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Workshop repair experience is a bonus but not essential
