Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our pool service team. You'll oversee technicians, manage customer requests, and ensure the department runs efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch pool service technicians
  • Manage customer service requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints
  • Monitor and coach service technicians
  • Implement service procedures and protocols
  • Manage service department efficiency and profitability
  • Handle work phone and emails
  • Oversee stock ordering and inventory management
Requirements
  • Experience in pool industry service management
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Technical knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry
  • Proficiency with service management software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pool/spa operator certifications preferred
