We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a CEO at a Healthcare NFP in the Illawarra region on a temporary basis whilst they seek their permanent EA.
Your responsibilities will include diary management, meeting arrangements, some travel bookings, Board and Committee paper preparation, meeting minutes, managing budgets and general administration.
To be successful in your application you will have:
- Demonstrable administration experience for C-suite level
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Teams and Zoom
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The CEO is down to earth, warm and fun and is looking for an EA that will support her busy role in a supportive and friendly environment.
This role will be given the opportunity to apply for the permanent role, so this could be an opportunity to trial the role first.
