Maxwell Recruitment & Training are a leading local labour hire provider, Registered Training Organisation and Group Training Organisation providing real world training for tradespeople, labourers and admin staff & now Apprentices, in manufacturing, mining services, other engineering trades and construction for over a decade.

We are currently looking for skilled Boilermakers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate electrical enclosures, switchrooms, and related structures from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all parts meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Australian Trade Certification in Boilermaking (essential).
• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding, with a strong background in light to medium fabrication.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to safety.
