• Pay Rate: $50.73 per hour + Penalties
• Location: Mt Thorley
• Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Day, Afternoon & Night Shifts Available)

About the Role

WorkPac is seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our client's team in Mt Thorley. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing heavy equipment and machinery used in mining operations. This is a great opportunity to work with advanced technology and contribute to key projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair structural steel components and machinery parts
• Perform welding, cutting, and shaping of metal using various tools and equipment
• Conduct inspections and quality checks for safety and compliance
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet project deadlines
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure workplace

Skills & Experience Required

• Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or equivalent
• Experience in a heavy industrial environment (mining or construction preferred)
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation
