Alstom is looking for an Maintenance Technician - Electrical who will be responsible to service, maintaining, performing warranty repairs, and overhauling the Infrastructure equipment of the Sydney Light Rail.

Description

You will

• Conduct Electrical control systems component calibrations, fault diagnosis, maintenance, and retrofit repair on rail equipment.
• Interrogation and diagnostic testing on equipment installed on the Sydney Light Rail System.
• Actively maintain and repair tram /train equipment including safety procedures (preventive and corrective maintenance).

Profile

You must have

• NSW Electrical Contractors license.
• Cert - III in Electrotechnology.
• Experience conducting fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, reading schematics, and connecting switchboards.
• Good attitude, Disciplined and a good team player.
• Strong understanding of PLC and SCADA systems would be advantageous.
• Rail experience is desired but not essential.
