The Opportunity

ShieldPro Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Varsity Lakes, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to provide premium property maintenance services across the Gold Coast.

What you'll be doing

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance assessments to ensure optimal performance and longevity of property assets
• Basic carpentry work and minor plumbing tasks
• Emergency repairs
• Working with property managers and real estate agencies
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repair work
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Assist with special projects and other duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Trade qualification or minimum of 3 years experience as a maintenance technician or a similar role
• Carpentry skills highly regarded
• Understanding / experience in residential and commercial property maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with an ability to manage multiple tasks
• Physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-conscious mindset
• Valid driver's license
