About the Role: As an Associate Director within the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) team, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through complex financial matters. You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, leading transaction engagements across financial due diligence, valuations, debt advisory, and strategic financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, identifying key risks and opportunities for clients.
• Identify key drivers for business growth and provide strategic insights to help clients make informed decisions.
• Provide expert valuation advice, applying appropriate methodologies while ensuring compliance with APES 225.
• Oversee financial modelling and provide insights on cash flow, investment decisions, and comparative analysis.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with key stakeholders such as banks, private credit firms, external valuers, and government entities.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, providing training and guidance to junior staff.
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Represent the firm at industry events, expanding networks and identifying new business opportunities.

About You

• 6+ years’ experience in financial advisory, transaction services, or a related corporate finance role.
• Relevant qualifications – CPA, CFA, CA, or equivalent.
• Strong technical expertise in financial due diligence, valuations, and financial modelling.
• Experience in both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, with the ability to assess financial risks and opportunities.
• Excellent client management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining commercial relationships.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and drive results.
