About the Role

We're looking for a Part-Time Boutique Sales Assistant to join our team at OBriens Clothing Co' in Manning, WA. In this customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers while supporting the overall operations of our boutique.

What You'll Be Doing

• Warmly greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the perfect products
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge to provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Handling sales transactions, cash handling and maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Supporting inventory management and restocking as needed
• Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably within the fashion industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations
• Reliability, flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be able to work some weekends and Mondays. Flexible for other days of the week.
