They found themselves requiring a specialised from within the industry.
Job Opportunity -
In this challenging role you will be required to understand key customer technical issues and develop parts. You will be required to talk with customer from all over Australia that are looking to purchase equipment parts and maximise growth with our key contractors that my client deals with on a regular basics. You will look to take on this role and grow into the parts manager within 12 to 18 months. We need a true professional that really understands the importance of customer service and has great job stability.
Key Job Requirements -
- Use specialist knowledge to interpret customer part requirements.
- Work and deal with key customers on parts issues.
- Support the workshop and field service team with application parts support
- Provide effective and efficient customer service and product advice;
- Order parts from suppliers, preparing and processing documents such as parts requisition orders, invoices and inventory documents;
- Set up merchandising displays;
- Assist with stock takes;
- Other duties as required.
- Work with the National Sales Manager and GM in providing customer support and aftermarket part sales.
- Provide up to date customer support to all customers and company staff that they can secure new business accounts.
- Execute KPI’s and budgets and look at ways to grow the parts department
Candidate Experience -
- 3 + Years in Earthmoving or Mining equipment parts Interpreting
- Trade qualified / Mechanical Diploma
- Previous experience as a parts interpreter / Management
- Career driven with the mentality for career development
- Willingness to learn
- Forklift license
- Current driver license
- If you have experience with earthmoving or related equipment this would be a massive advantage.
Salary package & What’s On offer
On offer is great salary package plus also offer career development and training from the Parts Manager and Senior manager. You will also be given training to develop ongoing skills that can see you step up your career into management within a short time frame.
- Base Salary - $100,000
- Company Bonus
- Superannuation – 11.5%
- Company Uniform & training
- Monday to Friday – Full Time 40Hrs Per week
