Senior Clinical Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Clinical Manager to join their beautiful home in the mid-north coast.

This role is perfect for an experienced aged care clinical leader who is committed to providing person-centred care and fostering a supportive and positive environment for both residents and staff.

The details

• Permanent, full time opportunity - Monday to Friday
• Salary: $135,000 + super.
• Residential Aged Care experience is essential.
• Reporting into the Facility Manager you will have support from Care Managers and Registered Nurse Team Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations and ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to provide high-quality care.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' individual needs.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to accreditation, safety, and quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance care services.
• Manage and support staff training and professional development programs.
• Handle incident reporting, infection control, and medication management.

About You

• Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA registration.
• Previous experience in a leadership or senior clinical role within aged care.
• Strong understanding of aged care standards, accreditation processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomous worker confident to step into 1IC position for leave cover.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care and driving continuous improvement.
