Must-haves:

• HC Licence
• Ability to read plans – You need to understand and interpret site drawings.
• Ability to read heights – Confidently use lasers and levels to get it right.
• Ability to set out jobs – Ensure accuracy and precision in all site preparations.

What you’ll do:
- Operate excavators and combos with precision on residential, commercial, and civil projects.
- Read plans, operate lasers, and manage tasks unsupervised.
- Lead the team on-site, ensuring high-quality results.
- Train apprentices and foster team collaboration.

What we need from you:
- 5+ years of continuous excavator and combo operating experience.
- Construction white card, HR license (HC preferred), and machinery tickets.
- Experience with subdivisions, demolitions, and civil projects.
- Strong people skills and a willingness to lead.
