What You'll Do:

• Operate excavators to install screw piles safely and precisely with a spotter.
• Manage logistics for equipment transport and setup.
• Work collaboratively to ensure project success.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards.

Who We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in excavator operation and screw pile installation.
• In-depth understanding of civil construction and foundational work.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Availability for extended hours and travel.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

• CI Card (White Card)
• Car/Truck License
• Excavator Operator Certification
• NON-SYNCRO HR or HC license (desirable)
• Riggers Ticket (desirable)
