As a growing mid-tier civil contractor with a burgeoning portfolio of works on road upgrade and rehabilitation projects, our client is going through a sustained period of growth with an order book rapidly expanding.

With further project awards across Western Australia (FIFO & DIDO), we are seeking a motivated civil Supervisor looking for a long-term and rewarding career opportunity with a truly dynamic, and award-winning civil contractor. Note, we have one option for an immediate start on a contract basis – please enquire.

About You
You will have extensive experience working for an Australian civil contractors, with strong track record in road construction or rehabilitation.
We are specifically looking for Supervisors that can fulfil the following criteria:

• Minimum 10 years industry experience
• Ideally been in a supervisor role for over 5 years
• Experience in bulk earthworks, roadworks within Australian civil contractors.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive construction programmes

Responsibilities include:

• Forecasting and programming
• Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials
• Effective leadership of the construction team
• Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
• Start ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
• Mitigating and incident reports

Salary + Benefits

$140k - $160k + Super + Vehicle + Allowances

Competitive salaries and career opportunities await you. FIFO rosters are 2/1 and DIDO rosters generally vary between 5/2 or 10/4 depending on the location.
