Position: Call Centre Team Leader

Location: Nerang, Gold Coast, QLD

Remuneration: $37 per hour

Employment Type: Casual 25-30 hours per week (permanent part-time after the first 12 months) with flexible working hours and early finishes on Friday 😊

Your Role:

📞 Lead and inspire a team of people to provide great service.

📊 Keep an eye on team performance and use your insights to help everyone do their best work.

🤝 Foster a friendly and inclusive team culture where everyone feels valued and supported.

📞 Outbound calling support.

What We're Looking For:

🎓 At least 2 years of experience in a call centre, with some time spent in a leadership role. Some computer knowledge and base typing skills are required.

📞 Excellent communication with a confident and engaging phone presence.

🔄 Flexibility to work a few evenings a week. No weekend work.

🏅 A positive attitude and the ability to motivate others to do their best work.
