Are you an experienced Operations Coordinator with a passion for efficiency and problem-solving? Power Control Industries, based in Mackay, is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team!

Hours: 38 hours per week – Monday to Friday

About the Role:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and addressing client inquiries
• Responding to client requests and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinating and scheduling work for our team
• Managing the ordering of parts and supplies
• Maintaining a well-organized and efficient workflow
• Collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in SimPRO software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
