This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of this dynamic consultancy, providing high-level administrative, operational, and project support. As a key player within the business, you will work closely with the CEO on a range of search assignments and business initiatives, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and high-profile clients. Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless executive-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex diary and travel management.
  • Assist in the development, execution, and completion of senior executive search assignments.
  • Manage confidential documentation and provide project support for various business initiatives.
  • Prepare client documentation, proposals, presentations, and terms of business with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and manage the consultancy’s CRM systems, ensuring data quality and best practice usage.
  • Support invoicing and financial administration processes, liaising with accounts as required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates and clients, coordinating meetings and managing professional communications.
  • Partner with the operations team on systems, processes, and quality assurance projects, including training initiatives.

Skills and Experience
You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a background in professional services or executive search, adept at working with C-suite leaders in a fast-paced environment. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator, with a natural ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour. Motivated by delivering outstanding support, you thrive in collaborative teams and take pride in contributing to the success of a values-driven organisation.

  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within professional services or a similar high-performance environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience working with cloud-based CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial administration, including invoicing and budget support.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, systems management, or operational project work.
  • Familiarity with executive search processes, tools, or systems such as Bullhorn CRM.
