Invest Blue has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Salesforce Specialist to join our team in one of our 31 locations. In this role, you'll will bring a combination of strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations, and a passion for delivering impactful CRM solutions. This role will work closely with the Salesforce Platform Manager and the Business Analytics and Technology Team to drive the development, configuration, and implementation of Invest Blue’s Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Specialist will also engage with stakeholders, contribute to business analytics, and help build new features while maintaining a high level of technical competency.

Key role responsibilities:

• Participate and Provide Input in Scoping Sessions: Contribute to scoping sessions to understand requirements, define project scope, and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
• Validate User Stories: Review and validate user stories to ensure all required information for the build is present and clear before development begins.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Salesforce Platform Manager, Business Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of Salesforce initiatives.
• Salesforce Configuration & Development: Configure and customise Salesforce solutions using low code/no code approaches, with a focus on Salesforce Industries Solutions, OmniStudio Document Generation, and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Project Management: Manage work items and track progress using Jira and Monday.com to ensure the timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Enhancement Triage: Contribute to scoping sessions to understand enhancement requirements, triaging solutions based on business strategy and aligning with executive requirements
• Support Testing and Deployment Activities: Assist in testing and deployment activities to ensure new features and updates are thoroughly validated and implemented smoothly.
• Support Defect Troubleshooting: Work to identify and resolve defects and issues in the Salesforce platform, troubleshooting and providing timely solutions.

Support Upskilling and Growing Salesforce Capability: Support initiatives to enhance the Salesforce skills and capabilities within the Business Analytics and Technology team, including training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing

Desired Skills and Experience

• At least 2-3 years of solid hands-on experience in building and optimising Salesforce solutions, specifically with flows, and OmniStudio solutions.
• Experience working with Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience in financial services industry highly regarded.
• Experience with OmniStudio, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud.

Experience working with organisations of greater than 100 people desirable.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Analytics or Computer science or Mathematics favourable.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  

Remuneration package offered ranges between $120-$135k annually inclusive of superannuation, dependent on level of education and experience.
