About the Role
As HR Manager, you will lead the HR function, ensuring best practices are implemented across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR systems management. This is a hands-on role where you will partner with leadership to create a thriving, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- HR Systems Management: Administer HR records to meet organisational needs.
- Personnel Records: Maintain and update digital personnel databases.
- Onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes, from offer letters to orientation sessions.
- Policy Management: Update company policies and FAQ documents.
- Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with payroll on employee schedules and absences.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
- Recruitment Support: Facilitate job postings, candidate screening and interviews.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, handling workplace matters and fostering a positive culture.
- Performance Management: Lead performance reviews and manage performance evaluation systems.
- Training & Development: Work with the L&D team to promote employee growth.
- Career Roadmapping: Create career progression plans for various roles.
- Team Leadership: Supervise administrative teams, ensuring efficient task completion.
- Process Improvement: Streamline HR and administrative workflows.
- Travel Management: Ensure cost-effective travel plans for staff and contractors.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR leadership or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
