A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Call Centre Operator or Dispatch Specialist to join our dynamic team within a leading transport company’s inbound customer service control center. This pivotal role is central to providing high-level, real-time fleet coordination and customer support in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
We are seeking applicants with prior call center or dispatch experience who thrive under pressure, have strong problem-solving skills, and can confidently handle high-volume phone-based service and fleet control tasks.
Shifts Available:
- 4 days on / 4 days off rotating roster (24-hour operation)
Key Responsibilities:
Handling high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
Dispatch & fleet control – liaising with drivers and ensuring seamless operations
Accurate data entry & computer literacy to manage customer bookings and fleet movements
Providing real-time problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-moving environment
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workplace
To Be Successful, You Must Have:
✅ Proven experience in a call center, dispatch, or fleet control environment
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
✅ High attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities
✅ Must be able to obtain a police clearance and undertake an integrity check
✅ A positive team-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
