Due to substantial growth they are looking for an experienced Senior Broker to support this collaborative team

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Broker with experience in general insurance to take ownership of and manage their own book of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SME to Mid-Market clients, be skilled in account management, and have claims experience to navigate complex scenarios

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a diverse book of business, with a focus on General Insurance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of account management.
• Provide mentorship and direction to junior team members.
• Act as the key point of contact for your clients, handling SME to Mid Market accounts.
• Ensure all accounts are managed efficiently and within company standards.

We are looking for someone with:

• Tier 1 Broking qualification
• Capability to convert new business leads by providing tailored insurance solutions
• Strong experience in general insurance, with a focus on SME and Mid-Market clients
• Experience managing a portfolio of business
• Comfortable dealing with a diverse range of clients and communication styles
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
