We are a long standing locally owned and operated business based in central Victoria, and service customers across central and northern Victoria. We provide test and tag as well as Essential Safety Measure services and have a strong focus on Safety and Compliance.

An amazing opportunity is now available for a Testing and Tagging Technician to join our team based in Bendigo.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for conducting work to meet our clients' needs.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Electrical Testing and Tagging.
• RCD Testing.
• Smoke alarm testing.
• Minor repair work.
• Fault reporting.
• Assisting with Essential Safety Measure servicing.
• Promote and protect our business in all aspects of operations and delivery.
• Some travelling intra and interstate when required for work, including overnight stays.

THE RIGHT PERSON

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have:

• Test and tag experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• The ability to maintain a highly professional image of the company to customers and staff.
• Full Drivers Licence, Police Check and WWC card, Level II First Aid and Construction Induction Training (White card).

Essential skills for this role include:

• Well presented, reliable and punctual.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Display a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to learn and develop skills and continually improve.

Further desirable skills include:

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Electrical experience or training.
• Some WHS knowledge will be beneficial.
