About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Gardener to join our team at Jim's Mowing in Kellyville, NSW. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work alonhside a junior colleague while enhancing the gardens and landscapes of our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out comprehensive garden maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and planting
• Ensuring all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored
• Providing excellent customer service to our clients, identifying their needs and delivering high-quality results
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures
• Contributing to the overall success of the company through a proactive and professional approach

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Gardener or Landscaper, ideally within the trades and services industry
• Strong practical gardening skills and knowledge of horticulture, plant care and maintenance
• Ability to work alongside a junior colleague
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service
• A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
