About the role

JJJK Cranes PTY LTD is seeking experienced Tower Crane & Self Erecting Tower Crane Operators, Riggers and Dogmen to join our team in Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast, QLD. This is a full-time casual position, with opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic tower crane company.

The following list of licences/tickets are what we required but not restricted to:

• HRWL - CT / CS / DG / RI
• Work at Heights
• Construction White Card
• Drivers Licence

What you'll be doing

• Operating tower cranes & self-erecting tower cranes safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Rigging/dogging and slinging loads for safe crane operations
• Working as a rigger/dogman to direct crane operators and ensure the safe movement of materials
• Carrying out pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on cranes
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Collaborating with construction teams to support project timelines and objectives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as Tower Crane & Self Erecting Tower Crane Operators, Riggers, Dogman in the construction industry
• Valid crane and rigging / dogging licences/certificates
• Strong understanding of crane operations, load calculations and rigging techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with site personnel
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
