The Beach House People is a dynamic and innovative property management company based in Inverloch and Wonthaggi. Specializing in beautiful holiday homes, we take great pride in caring for each property. Since our launch in 2021, we’ve built a strong team of dedicated cleaners, and now we’re looking to expand with more passionate, detail-oriented individuals to help us maintain the high standards our guests expect and enjoy.

This casual role is perfect for a passionate Cleaner and/or Laundry Supervisor to join our established team. You’ll be responsible for supervising our own laundry facilities and washing, ironing, and folding linens for the holiday houses we manage. To add some variety, we mix in cleaning of the holiday homes in Inverloch, Cape Paterson and Kilcunda. Tasks will include linen changes, vacuuming, dusting, restocking amenities, and maintaining both indoor and outdoor areas and supervising support staff.

The ideal candidate will be available a minimum of 15 hours a week minimum, school holidays and the summer season especially. The summer season extends through to Easter and can be very busy and we are looking for a strong team player and calm and supportive nature.

- A strong ability to follow strict cleaning practices.
- A reliable car, and the ability to travel between holiday houses.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in keeping a highly organized & clean laundry. (Non smoker preferred).
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a can-do approach.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends during the Christmas and New Year period.
