About the role
This role is available in either of our Brisbane or Sunshine Coast offices.
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner / Office Manager to join our team in either of our Brisbane or Sunshine Coast offices. We are a leading Financial Planning group who gives Retirement, Superannuation, Insurance and Investment advice to our long-term clients. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and paraplanning support to our Financial Advisers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client services. We bring a fresh approach to our work and put our clients at the heart of everything we do.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing professional and compliant statements of advice, implementation, data analysis and research
- Providing administrative support, including client file management, correspondence and scheduling
- Assisting in the maintenance of client portfolios, insurance policies and other financial products
- Liaising with clients, product providers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
- Supporting the wider team with various projects and initiatives as required
- Helping define and document our back office process
What we're looking for
- Someone who wants to master their craft (or has already mastered it)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a paraplanning or similar financial services role
- The ability to give direction to the administration teams
- Someone who can chat to our great clients either in person or on the phone
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using financial planning software (Compass/XPLAN) and Microsoft Office suite
- Someone who knows how to make Financial Planning fun and interesting (just like we do)
- The ability to think on your feet with minimal instruction
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional client service
