The opportunity:
Working in the office and around the resort at lake Mountain, combine your passion of customer service and administration, in a role that offers a variety and a diverse range of duties.

From general administration tasks, to customer enquiries and scheduling bookings for school and commercial groups, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a well-planned and memorable experience at Lake Mountain.

Key accountabilities:

• Provide general administrative support across the resort, as needed.
• Complete the daily office operations of the resort, including maintaining office policies and procedures, managing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
• Facilitate effective internal and external communication by managing stakeholder correspondence, responding to emails and phone calls, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
• Coordinate school and commercial visitation, from initial enquires to greeting and coordinating their day on resort
• Support the General Manager with tasks as required.
• Support the team in assisting with the resort's social media presence, including developing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages when required. (During the winter season, this will be managed by the marketing officer position)
• Assist in Visitor Service Attendant roles when necessary

Skills, experience and qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work autonomously
• Computer literacy with knowledge of programs including Word, Excel and general knowledge of apps/databases
• Initiative and well-developed administration skills
• Certificate or Degree in business, tourism, events or marketing or related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience – Desirable

Salary: $35.95 p/h including casual loading

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Have full Australian working rights.
• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
• Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Employee Working With Children Check
• Available to work weekends and school holidays
• Available from April to September 2025 (or the declared snow season)
