Integrated Talent is the leading technical talent management solutions provider to the Engineering, Rail and Industrial manufacturing sector's in Victoria. We currently have multiple roles across Melbourne to work with our blue-chip clients across major repair and maintenance workshop projects.
We are immediately recruiting for the following role(s):

• Trade qualified - Spray Painter

To be considered for these roles, you must possess the following:

• Certificate III – Automotive Refinishing Technology – Trade Qualification - (essential)
• Industrial Spray painting and paint booth experience (ideally within automotive OR Truck industry).
• Heavy automotive or heavy industry Paint-shop experience with a strong mechanical understanding.
• LOCAL Experience directly from or previous experience within Industrial / manufacturing / Spray Painting environment (is Ideal)
• Must be able to take instruction and follow / read drawings or detailed plans
• Possess fluent and comprehensive communication skills – written and verbal (essential)
• Neat paint finishings skills with strong mechanical understanding.
• You will be doing various duties from Painting, Sanding and Masking off.
• Repair work that will involve colour matching and mixing Paints.
• New and maintenance repair work that will involve working from Build Specifications Applying primer and finishing coats.

Must have the ability to:

• Work unsupervised and or autonomously (advantageous)
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
• Utilise Spray Booth painting experience from other heavy industry manufacturing industries may also be considered.
• This role is only open to Australian citizen's or permanent resident's (PR)
• Drivers License / reliable vehicle (essential)
• Undertake National Police check and Employment medical including drug / alcohol screening
