We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Motor Mechanic to join our team. This is a full-

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis & Repairs:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues in scooters and motorbikes.
• Troubleshoot engine performance problems, electrical faults, and fuel system inefficiencies.
• Repair and replace faulty engine components, transmission parts, and suspension systems.

Routine Maintenance:

• Perform regular servicing, including oil changes, spark plug replacements, brake
  inspections, and coolant flushes.
• Conduct tire repairs, balancing, and replacements.
• Adjust and replace chains, belts, clutches, and carburetors as necessary.

Engine & System Adjustments:

• Inspect and tune ignition systems, fuel injection systems, and air intake systems to
  optimize performance.
• Adjust valves, timing belts, and camshaft settings for improved efficiency.

Component Replacement & Installation:

• Replace worn-out parts, including batteries, exhaust systems, cooling components,
  and brake pads.
• Install performance upgrades and aftermarket parts as per customer requirements.

Customer Service & Reporting:

• Clearly communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations to customers.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair
  process.
• Maintain detailed service records, documenting repairs, part replacements, and
  customer requests.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and comply with industry
  safety standards.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workshop.

Skills & Requirements:

• Trade Qualification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with motorbikes, scooters, or small engines.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and fuel systems in two-wheel vehicles.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and computerized scanning equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair engine, braking, transmission, and suspension issues.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to quickly identify and fix issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in repairs and installations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to explain technical issues to customers.
