My client is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Manager who is keen for a challenge, can be strategic and tactical at the same time and thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment and can juggle numerous priorities at once.

One of the key goals of the Supply Chain Planning Manager will be to drive transformation of Supply Planning and Scheduling tools and build MRP within Microsoft Dynamics (D365).

This organisation is a high sku-count and complex FMCG business in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne who are in a turnaround phase for their Supply Chain and need an accomplished Planning Manager to steer the ship.

We are seeking someone who has experience across:

• Leading Planning teams within an FMCG or Chemicals environment
• Supply and Production Planning
• Knowledge of ERP and MRP (D365 is highly advantageous)
• Supplier relationship management
• S&OP skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain within a high-sku FMCG or Manufacturing environment
• Track record in delivering process and systems improvement from a Planning lens.
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to take a team on a change journey
• Passion for people, numbers and systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
