The Position

At Cirql, everyone is a customer - whether they’re hiring or looking for their next opportunity. As a Consultant, you’ll start by seeking out top talent, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them navigate their next move and subsequent moves to reach their personal goals. From there, you’ll connect them with the right businesses, advising both parties to ensure the perfect fit.

This isn’t just about filling roles - it’s about building long-term relationships, eventually friendships, and providing genuine career and business advice. You’ll be a trusted partner to customers at every stage of their journey, working across key functional areas like finance, technology and transformation, and broader corporate leadership.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identifying and engaging with high-calibre professionals, understanding their motivations, and guiding them through career transitions
• Building relationships with businesses, identifying human capital gaps, and advising on hiring strategies
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality experience for every customer
• Working closely with change and transformation specialists, gaining insights into strategic corporate initiatives
• Leveraging Cirql Work, our internal development program, to refine your expertise in recruitment and advisory. Be trained to never make a cold call

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome professionals from all backgrounds who are commercially minded, relationship-driven, and solutions-focused. You might come from:

✔️ Accounting, finance, or professional services (like our founder)
✔️ Consulting, strategy, or corporate advisory
✔️ Sales or business development (with a strong problem-solving focus)
