Our client is looking for a SPM who can run their own project and lead a very strong team on an exciting high value project in the Eastern Suburbs.

They are a leader in specialty projects in Sydney and have built up a reputation for delivering a high standard of work.

Reporting to a highly regarded Construction Manager you will be working on great projects with great people.

This is a senior role within the business and they are open to an experienced Project Manager looking to take that next step.

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor Degree of Building, or Construction Management or commensurate industry experience of 5 years minimum.
• PM experience $50m and above
• 5+ years post graduate experience working on construction projects
• Open to all Project Managers that have a proven record with high level builders.
• Proven experience completing residential apartments start to finish
• Good work history / longevity with reputable construction firms
