Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Labourers to join our team at a seed production facility based in Wilsonton (Toowoomba). Key Responsibilities:

• Manual labour in seed production facility
• Learning to operate processing machines
• Manual stacking and palletising bags of seed
• General site labouring and cleanup duties
• Forklift operation (if qualified)

Working Hours:

• 8 to 12-hour shifts available
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Required Experience & Attributes:

• Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry 20kg bags
• No prior experience required, though a positive attitude and reliability are essential
• Previous experience in warehouse or farming environments is a bonus
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
