Tenacity CX are Australia’s leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience industry.

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader with a proven track record leading service teams with the Contact Centre space.

A great opportunity as this is a newly created team within an established business (who are leaders in their field).

The role:

  • Leading a team of 11 Service Specialists in the insurance industry whose role is to process general enquiries, renewals, amendments, payments
  • Full time Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
  • $90k - $110k (including 11.5% super) + 7.5% yearly bonus
  • 50/50 WFH & in office settled into the role
  • Start date is 28th April (or earlier if available)

To be successful in the role you will need the following skills & attributes:

  • Confident with the challenge of leading a newly created team
  • Proven experience leading teams (2+ years) within contact centres
  • Focused on providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Passionate about leading and developing a team
  • High-level communicator with strong people skills
  • Constantly thinking outside the box
  • Drive & motivation to be successful and grow within the role
  • Ability to create a strong team culture and successful working environment
