Clinical Care Manager

The Clinical Care Manager plays a critical management role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to clients. The Clinical Care Manager serves as a pivotal liaison between clients, staff, and management, ensuring that all aspects of client care are implemented effectively and in alignment with best practices.

What’s the Role?

• Managing and monitoring Support Plans and Behaviour Support Plans to align with best practices.
• Driving excellence in medication management.
• Liaising with clients and families to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Supporting and guiding staff to deliver compassionate, professional, and tailored care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification in a Clinical or Nursing setting.
• Qualifications and/or extensive experience in a similar leadership and management role.
• Qualification and extensive experience in Medication Management and Training.
• Experience in the disability field, particularly NDIS.

Position Details:

Permanent Part Time

Monday – Friday Office hours

Salary Position 100,000-125,000 range dependent on experience and qualifications

6-Month Probation Period
