About the Role:

The Group Executive Chef will oversee culinary operations across multiple venues, working closely with the leadership team to design and implement seasonal menus. This role involves leading and mentoring teams, maintaining high standards of food quality, and managing kitchen financials, including cost control and supplier relationships. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the group's culinary identity, bringing fresh ideas and a passion for modern, healthy produce-focused cuisine.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop kitchen teams
• A passion for fresh produce, seasonal cooking, and innovative menu design
• Solid understanding of kitchen financials, including budgeting and cost control
• A creative mindset paired with a focus on quality and consistency
