Busselton Bitumen Service are seeking reliable and experienced Asphalt Workers and Spray Seal Labourers / Plant Operators. We can offer to the right people a full-time position with a minimum of 38hrs per week at a solid fixed hourly rate depending on your experience.

The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We pride ourselves on delivering quality asphalt and sealing projects to our customers.

Work Variation from Private Residential Driveways to Commercial Car Parks, Roads etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in asphalt paving operations including raking, shovelling and operating machinery
• Work with paving crew to ensure smooth, even surfaces.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
