About the role

Truck & Barrow is seeking an experienced Asphalt Labourer to join our team in Ravenhall, Victoria. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work as and when required to support our asphalt operations.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the asphalt laying process by operating machinery and tools to prepare and finish asphalt surfaces
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of asphalt materials and equipment
• Undertaking general labouring duties as required to ensure efficient and safe job completion
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Asphalt Labourer or similar role in the construction industry
• Knowledge of asphalt laying techniques and the use of associated tools and equipment
• Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
