Due to growth in our industry, Ausfield Services Cairns have Grounds Maintenance Crew positions available for immediate start. We are a local Cairns (Stratford) based business offering a great place to work, a rewarding career and the ability to learn new skills and keep fit. If you would like to apply for one of these positions and you have a;

- current drivers licence manual preferred but auto is acceptable;

- have reliable transport to enable you to get to work each day (our Cairns office is located in Stratford);

- construction white card;

- positive, can do attitude;

- ability to work in a team;

- passion for working outdoors in beautiful Cairns and surrounding areas;

- previous experience working in grounds maintenance, landscaping industry will be highly regarded.

Ausfield Services pays in accordance with the Gardening and Landscaping Award 2020. All positions are ready for an immediate start, but if you need to give your current employer notice, we can accommodate this.

Positions will start out as casual working on average 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. If you are demonstrating a good work ethic, showing up each day and not taking regular sick days, you will be offered full-time status.
