Are you passionate about sales, education, and the beauty industry? Showpony Hair Extensions is looking for a dynamic Sales & Education Consultant to join our team in Sydney. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with travel required to salons and education sessions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Education & Account Management

• Develop and execute education plans for key accounts.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance salon expertise and product engagement.
• Drive sales of Starter Packages for new and existing clients.

Sales & Business Development

• Perform outbound sales calls and prospect new business within a 2-hour travel radius.
• Engage in face-to-face prospecting weekly.
• Strengthen client relationships and grow revenue within your territory.

Team Training & Administration

• Train and support freelance educators biannually.
• Submit weekly progress reports on sales and education activities.

What You Bring:

Sales or education experience in the hair/beauty industry (preferred).
A strong network in salons and passion for premium haircare.
Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
